RoboterSys Serviços do Brasil Ltda, registered under CNPJ no. 34.412.533/0001-00, with its registered office at R. Parati, 335, Galpão C, Nova Brasília, Joinville/SC, CEP 89213-200, Brasil (hereinafter "RoboterSys", "we" or "controller"), is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected through the websites robotersys.com and robotersys.com.br and other digital channels, pursuant to the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

We collect the following personal data, depending on the context of the interaction:

• Contact / quote form: full name, e-mail, WhatsApp/phone number, company (optional), message and visit-origin metadata (UTM, gclid).
• Job application form: full name, e-mail, WhatsApp/phone number and message/cover letter.
• Browsing data (cookies): IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, visit duration and analytics data. This data may be collected by third-party tools (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) — see the Cookie Policy.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (art. 5º, II, LGPD), such as racial origin, health or biometrics, nor data of minors under 18 years of age. Our website is not directed at minors.

• Responding to requests and quotes: we process your name, e-mail, WhatsApp and message in order to answer your questions and prepare commercial proposals. Legal basis: performance of a contract or of preliminary procedures (art. 7º, V, LGPD; art. 6º, 1, b, GDPR).
• Recruitment process: we process the data submitted in the job application form to assess applications. Legal basis: consent (art. 7º, I, LGPD; art. 6º, 1, a, GDPR), provided when you submit the form.
• CRM record (Ploomes): we register your contact data in our customer relationship management system to follow up on commercial opportunities. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 7º, IX, LGPD; art. 6º, 1, f, GDPR).
• Analytics and site improvement: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand the use of the site. Legal basis: consent for non-essential analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy).
• Marketing and ad measurement: we use Google Ads to measure campaign effectiveness and attribute conversions. Legal basis: consent (art. 7º, I, LGPD).

We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, only to the extent necessary and in accordance with the purposes described above:

• Resend (transactional e-mail): sending internal lead notifications. Data processed on servers in the USA, under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Ploomes (CRM): customer relationship management. Brazilian platform subject to the LGPD.
• Google (Analytics 4 and Google Ads): audience and campaign measurement. Browsing data may be transferred to the USA, under appropriate safeguards.
• Competent authorities: when required by law or court order.

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

• Contact/quote data: retained while there is an active legitimate commercial interest and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
• Application data: retained for up to 12 months after the close of the recruitment process, unless you consent to a talent pool.
• Analytics/cookie data: according to the configuration of each tool (see Cookie Policy).
• Legal obligations: tax and accounting data may be retained for up to 5 years, in accordance with Brazilian tax legislation.

At the end of the retention period, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Under the LGPD and the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

• Access: to know what data we hold about you and obtain a copy.
• Correction: to correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Deletion: to request the erasure of the data, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
• Portability: to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Information on sharing: to know with which third parties your data has been shared.
• Complaint to the authority: to lodge a complaint with the ANPD (Brazil) or the competent data protection authority (EU).

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, alteration or improper disclosure, including:

• Transmission via HTTPS (TLS) at all collection points.
• Access to personal data restricted to authorized employees and contractors only.
• Use of infrastructure providers with recognized security certifications.

In the event of a security incident that may affect your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ANPD and the affected data subjects within the legal time limits.
